We can come into your place to host a mini-retreat. We have a variety of topics to choose from so look through the list and see what resonates with you. It’s best to start with a discovery call so we can learn about you and your team. Tell us what’s going on and we can help guide and create a custom retreat package that would best support your team.

We can come to you or you can enjoy our retreat, Trinity Farm & Retreat, which is located in a serene part of Western Loudoun on a 7-acre farm in Purcellville, VA.

Is the 8-week challenge workout program?

Nope! This is a program to help you kickstart your healthy habits and create a healthier lifestyle so you can work, live and be well. There are aspects of movement in the program, but nothing rigorous and you can go at your own pace.

Nope! This is a program to help you kickstart your healthy habits and create a healthier lifestyle so you can work, live and be well. There are elements of nutrition in how to eat well, but this is not a nutrition program.

You have trinity in the name? Is this religious?

Accepted Answer

This is not a religious program.  The founders are Christian and they can incorporate spirituality into the program if you’d like. However, this program is inclusive of all. The name trinity is used because there are three aspects that join together for a healthy lifestyle - the trinity of your mind, body and spirit. The spirit is what’s inside of you and the zest in your life (like a pep rally).
